Esebat
Esebat Tekstil Konfeksiyon Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi carries forward a family tradition that entered the sector in 1989/1990 under the Sebat Tekstil trade name. Legal incorporation as Esebat Ltd. took place in 2023. Our lines of business are manufacturing, production, wholesale, retail and e-commerce.
Our hub is on Bursa’s Vişne Caddesi; we employ 17 active staff. Management is shared equally by General Manager Ali Muhacır and Board Chair Mehmet Muhacır. Fabric production runs in our own facilities, mainly 100% polyester satin plus organza, monorail and lining.
MNK Baby serves e-commerce and store retail; cocukelbise.com sells on its own site; Kozahan Minik Adam is our physical retail store in Bursa Kozahan. Quality and trust remain the shared Esebat Textile standard.

Production & Quality
Our production approach is built on healthy material selection, controlled processes and predictable quality for our partners. We operate 3 workshops and about 28 weaving looms.
Raw materials & fabric quality
Fabric production runs in our own facilities — mainly 100% polyester satin, plus organza, monorail and lining. Contract weaving and dyeing-finishing are used when needed.
Materials suitable for children's health
Skin-friendly textiles, reliable raw materials and careful workmanship are essential for products from newborn to age 16.
